I am just a little under 6 weeks with my first. I am getting a little nervous because for the most part, I feeling quite fine. I am very tired and hungry though. I am getting nervous on the feeling alright part. I almost want to start peeing on a stick again so that I can calm my nerves.

Aww. Yes I know the symptoms can be reassuring but they are getting me a bit down too. You might still get all those nice/horrible symptoms such as morning sickness and seriously achy boobs. My All-Day-Sickness kicked in in week 6 I think and has had me in its grip ever since. And because I feel terrible and exhausted all day, my house looks like a bomb shelter :S
On the other hand one of my friends had no symptoms at all for both her pregnancies and just gave birth to her second healthy baby. You will be ok I am sure. Wishing you a h&h 9 months :)

Being tired and hungry are good signs as your body is very busy. I had awful sickness with my first for 8 and a half months. It appears that I am more sensitive than others to the hormones being produced so you may not be so sensitive. It sounds fine and if you need to pee on a stick do it. If it gives you comfort then do it. Good luck hope you have h&h 7 and a half months.

I started feeling really bad right at 6 weeks so this may happen to you too.:hugs: Some ladies get very sick and others don't get sick at all!

I didn't get MS until week 7 and it hit me like a ton of bricks. Be thankful you feel fine and pray it continues! haha ;)

This is my fourth baby, and I have never had very much ms. I am tired and have to pee all the time. Other than that, I had a quesy tummy for a few weeks, around 7-9wks, but that has been it.

I just have to remember that I've had 3 babies, with little to no ms, and everything has been fine. I am more anxious this time, as I've had a mc between my last baby and this one. But having to nap and pee all the time is a reassurance.

So just try to enjoy the no MS! I really am thankful for it. And if you are always tired/hungry, you know your body is working on making a baby.

Queasy feelings started early for me at about 6 weeks, but since 12/13 weeks I am pretty much back to normal. Feeling tired much of the time and got those seriously achy boobs too!

I was similar with my first one too.

I'm sure those pregnancy symptoms will kick in soon..... everything will be fine.:hugs:

I hit six weeks today and MS has just started in last two days. Been getting occasional waves of feeling nauseated. Otherwise I've got no symptoms at all. No sore boobs, nothing, which is worrying the hell out of me!! (I also had a scary week, had bleeding, thought I'd miscarried, but had scan yesterday which showed I hadn't.) But nervous and crazy? TELL ME ABOUT IT!!! ;) :hugs:

Even with the nausea and being exhausted and sore boobs I was still worried! If the Dr would let me come in every week and do a scan I think I might have felt less crazy, maybe. I think the only reason I feel less crazy now (not entirely gone mind you) is I'm starting to show. Try and enjoy not feeling like crap, it won't lessen your worry any when you do, and you'll feel like crap to boot!

BTW I got my BFP at 9dpo and retested 10 times through 21 dpo. I don't see any reason not to re-test, I definitely found it reassuring.

Looking back now to the first few weeks of my pregnancy I was extremely hungry and snacked all the time which is something I normally do not do. I wasn't aware I was pregnant until about six weeks and that is kind of when all the ms and other fun symptoms of pregnancy kicked in. I think each woman is different.
