I was all excited reading this article because I bought this tea to help with DH's insomnia and my on and off anxiety. But as I got to the bottom of the article it said "Do not take during pregnancy". What does this mean for TTC? Ug....so frustrating. Oh well, I already drank a cup of it. Nothing I can do now.

If it helps then continue to drink it. When you get pregnant the baby doesnt get anything off you untill a good few weeks in, untill then its feeding of the nutrients in the egg sac.

It actually made me super tired last night. Not so sure if I can take it during the day for anxiety or I will fall asleep at work!
