Paternity leave?

Can anyone refresh my memory as to how OH would go about getting time of work once baby us here? I did it all when i was pregnant with DS because we worked together but i can not for the life of me remember how. All i remember was that there was a form to fill in.

Im in the uk.

He needs to bring a copy of your mat b1 to work with him.

I get that from the midwife right? Im 27 weeks, and see the midwife in 2 weeks so will ask her then. What does he do once he has that? He has been trying to ask his managers at work but noone knows.

Yeah you can get it from your midwife from 20 weeks. Hope you get sorted. Xxx

I had to sort my husbands because he was clueless!! Your OH has to inform his work at least 15 weeks before the baby's due date he can do it verbally although they may ask for it in writing as well.
Then at least 28 days before the due date he needs to hand in the SC3 form or his works own version of the form if they have one.
