We use them...My DH inserts them...easier for him to do it...Love them....There is a YouTube video on how to insert them. I made my hubby watch it beforehand.

Don't you girls get sore and tired? Or do you, but just push through it?

Tired sometimes yes. The 5th day in a row did not happen. That's okay, must preserve energy for the fertile time!

Sore - only if I am not aroused enough when we so have to make it fun still and not just about baby making business.

I like the idea of trying them, they are big enough they can't get lost up there? I ask because I decided to try a diva cup for my period and it seriously did get lost there and when I finally "found" it, it was stuck. I had to get dh to help with extraction which was understandably messy and still took a while, so I am a bit adverse.

Yes, they're definitely big enough not to get lost. Extraction, I find, is easier than insertion.
