Oh and I agree sparkle - I am hoping that the slower I lose it - the more likely I am to maintain it.

When I first started taking Metformin I used to get really bad stomach cramps and I did used to feel sick but it went away.

How much are you taking?
 
Taking 1500mg well was but think im gonna drop down to 1000mg, i was sick before :(

I think i went on dosage to quick maybe should keep with 1000mg and i have took tablet with food

I stepped mine up over a 6 week period to get to 2000mg. Dont get much nausea though
 
well, another 1.25lbs down, which brings me to one bmi point less! yay for my 4%
 
ta :) can't believe how slow its coming off though! I dont think I'll hit my first target of 12-7 by the 8th of march (21.8 lbs to go)
 
you might be surprised hun, it might quicken as your body gets into it.

Either way you are doing a great job and it will help.
