Peeing when coughing

Just had a huge accident. I accept that occasionally when coughing or sneezing a little might leak, but this made me jump from bed with a near puddle. Is that normal?

Yeah. I haven't experienced it, though after my pregnancies I noticed that if I jump on a trampoline there's a good possibility that I'll leak a little LOL.

So what you can do to prevent it from happening (or help build up those muscles) is kegels.

I pee myself all day. Its awful. I constantly feel like I have to go even while Im going. I cant walk for a long period of time. I cant run anymore. I cant laugh hard. Def cant cough hard. Its all so lovely.

happens to me too a little if I am coughing or sneezing hard, embarrassing but what can we do?
