I am just so pissed off right now at people opening their big mouths about formula feeding. Especially people who don't have babies, and people who are not even willing to listen to the reasons why we FF.

I don't go around dissing BF or diaper choices or anything that other moms do. Why are people like this?!?!

I have never got a hard time for bottle feeding but I have read so much shit about it, Both my boys where bottle fed and are as healthy as the next child, I think every mother is aware that breast is best, but not all mother can, so to all those bottle feeding haters out there blow it out your hole and piss of !!!!!! Seen the post in the teen preg forum! Well i've had my say. I didn't want to argue but some people seem to have no respect. I'm combined feeding but my milk is drying up. whats most annoying is that the op for that post didn't ask for those types of replys she just wanted to know are you going to or not. But some people can't resist. Many woman struggle to bf many women can't for med reasons many babies loose their mum's thru child birth many are adopted. I'm sure they are all fine. Its like these ff haters would rather we let our babies starve!

Can I just say we all have happy, healthy thriving babies, no one has any right to judge or criticise. All any mother wants is a happy healthy baby, whether you bf or ff. Dont let people make you feel bad for the decisions you have made, all we can do is our best!! xxx

Someone actually said something in real life to you? Honestly, here on this site is the only place i've ever met any "im better then you for bfing" kind of attitude.

I guess I am lucky, mostly everyone i've spoken to, even the HV's who are very pro-bfing are polite about it.

I dont think its anyones business to comment about ffing, unless yout ell them no one has any idea why you are feeding that way whether it was by choice or not.

Oh yes my friend came over the other day and said I was feeding Helena rocket fuel. And then she said Oh...YOU don't, its people who don't even TRY breastfeeding. So I said, Well I feed Helena the same formula as people who didn't try breastfeeding. Then my OH chipped in and said well you are consuming rocket fuel because its in our water so I guess your baby is eating it too.

The only comment that I made that was rude was that I called her an asshole. Other then that I pointed out why people formula feed. I am sorry but that was the absolute rudest thing I have encountered on this forum, her saying my child is bloated with slim fast.

Yes, her comment was uncalled for. Totally agree. But I think it was uncalled for to make comments like that in her profile, especially the one calling her an asshole.

I wrote a new message in her profile Leeanne. I didn't mean to threaten her (and I really don't think I did), I just was super mad that its other moms that are placing this guilt on people. I can understand doctors (maybe?) but other moms...
