Period after Miscarriage/Vacuum Aspiration

Hi all,

I was wondering if you can help me as I'm worried. I had a misscarriage at 8 weeks pregnant, I had to have a Vacuum Aspiration December 12th due to my body not expelling the pregnancy

I had very heavy bleeding after with a few clots (sorry tmi) for 2 weeks. I had unprotected sex 3/4 days after the bleeding had stopped, on 2nd January (2 weeks after the bleeding) I had some brown discharge. I then had unprotected sex again 8th January, I've been spotting ever since. It's only when I wipe like watery blood.

Is this my first period since the miscarriage/vacuum procedure?

Or is there something wrong

Please help, i'm so worried.
