Persistent thrush

i was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who has been struggling with thrush? i am on day 13 of a 2 week treatment programme - have had daktarin oral gel for my daughter and nipple cream for me, as well as a course of fluconazole. i think i feel *slightly* better, however the thrush is still very much present, and I can still see it on Emily's tongue.

Has anyone tried Gentian violet? Is it better than the prescribed medicine above? Are there any other treatments available? So many questions; it is just so horrible. (I am exclusively BF).
