I was really pleased with them.
Im dying to fing out how to do black and white on the cam but not had chance yet nor had time to read the instruction manual.
Im loving the lemonade idea

Thanks! Im using Nikon D40 i bought it on Thursday not had much chance to use it yet. Im loving it i cant wait to go somewhere other than the house and the garden with it!

i know what you mean i have just spent the last couple of hours doing some indoor pictures....there are loads i have thought of doing but its taken me 200 shots to get 2 semi decent ones tonight!!
i dont have much experience with nikon cameras but i have heard the one your using is good!!! cant wait to see more of your pics x

I got a complete bargain. I paid £210 + sd card and lowepro bag. Its been discontinued now so it was like the last one within 50 miles from me all argos's currys comets didnt have one! I was really stressed i wasnt going to get one. November isnt that far away it'll be here before you know it. Ive been waiting for about 3 years for this moment lol.

aww hun i know how frustrating it is when you gotta wait...especially for something your really passionate about...well i personally reccomend a canon camera but it depends really on how much you want to spend as well...i use to have canon 350d which worked good for me and now i have canon 450d which i also find good. plus with canon you can use other make lenses...with other makes you cant do this x

Id start looking now and go in the shop and have a hold of a few. I got this advice off here and its good advice. Ive been popping in to jessops over the last 3 years having a look and a hold before coming to the conclusion of what i wanted lol.

emma i am the same..im always coming back to here and hoping theres more replies i love talking about photography!!! aww thanks hun...you wouldnt believe but i have just used a glass chopping board with a black t shirt over it...held on by pegs the things you do eh!!!

my OH has now taken over the kitchen its a nightmare when theres 2 of you that like doing pictures

Thats an awesome idea with the chopping board.

Id have gone for a canon 450d but i didnt want to spend to much on a camera just incase i didnt find a flare for it and it was waste of money. So i thought id go with this camera first and see how i got on and learn with it and if i want to upgrade later on when i out grew the camera but after getting it i realise im miles and miles away from upgrading anything lol. Im loving this thread loads im the same i keep popping back to see whos replied lol. I love seeing other ppls pictures.

a picture is never far away!!! with a little imagination anything could be turned into a picture...your be suprised as to what you can find!!! loads of things indoors to do....kiddies toys are always good one!
if you take lots of different pictures of different things you will soon find out what it is you enjoy shooting...i like fiddling with objects indoors and outdoors i like close up macro shots of insects and animals xx

scenic ones are great ones to do i love taking photos of my LO but they always come out crap
