picture errors!

Everytime I try to upload a picture, I get an error... The errors change. I've tried different pictures, different sizes, etc. But still having issues.
What am I doing wrong? I've done this a thousand times!

I usually just load to photobucket and then copy the img code.

^^ Thats what I do also because the uploading picture way NEVER works for me! I always get error messages!

Im not sure what would cause this, but I will point this out to StirCrazy... He should be able to look into what is causing the problems.
