PID ,adhesions & 1 blocked tube

Hi ladies, i have a 12 year old and been with my new partener 6 years (he has no children) and weve benn TTC for 17 months now and after various tests(i also have thyroid issues) i went for a laparoscopy and discovered i have adhesions all over my left tube,ovary and pelvic wall,left tube blocked and flimsy adhesions on right ovary but right tube normal,increased risk of ectopic pregnacy, all this apparently been cause by PID which i didnt even know i had, my ex gave me chamydia which was treated so they think this would have caused it...I HATE HIM, years on and hes still ruining my life!!!!! we have an appointment on tuesday to discuss our options and because i have a child it will cost us £120 and anything we need we will have to pay for.
Im hoping he will tell us its still possible without IVF. Does anyone know og anyone that has concieved naturally with these problems or if theres anyone that has all this,what were your options??? Thankyou x
