Hi Ladies, I had a gender scan yesterday and found out we are having a Girl.

anyone else expecting a little pink bundle? have you choosen any names? please share your buys for your little ladies also.

Hi I'm having a girl too, found out last week, so excited!

So far names I like are madeline, Matilda and Emily with hope for a middle name
I bought a few neutral babygro sets before we decided we were going to find out the sex
My niece is only 8 months old so my sister has given me 30 newborn vests and 30 newborn babygros and lots of knitted cardigans so I wont buy anymore newborn bits as I want to dress her in babygros and cardigans for first 3 months as its cute and will be winter anyway, I want to save the proper clothes til after 3 months, like them to look like babies as long as poss!

Congratulations on your baby girl!! I dont know what im having yet i still have 3 weeks 1 day until my scan lol but i think im having a girl! There is only a couple of names so far that both me and OH like, we really clash on names lol the ones we like are Cassidy or Meadow

Her name will be Aleksandra Hanna (Hanna after my mom) and we'll be calling her Allie. Can't wait for her to arrive! So far she has a whole nursery complete with books, elephants and clothes for her first 12 months. Can you tell were excited?

I don't know what I'm having yet but I really feel like it is a girl, I feel like I'll be shocked if it's a boy. I wasn't going to post on this thread because I don't want to tempt fate but I can never resist when it comes to discussing names lol. If I am having a girl she will be called Rhianne or Bella. I hope I am coz I can't decide on a boys name at all lol xx

Congrats on team pink 😁 I am also team my 1st little princess as I have 2 boys atm 👬 her name is Aubree Skye 👑🎀👣 so far I've most of the big stuff in pram moses basket crib ect and I've bought mostly neutral until I found out at 18 weeks now she has half a cupboard and wardrobe full of pink clothes and sleepsuits so exciting everyone is buying me pink as this is the first little girl in this family in a good lot of years my fiance is 1 of 2 boys and I am 1 or 4 girls altho my sisters have a different dad so I'm really an only child lol thought I was gonna end up with all boys like my mum 😂 thank god I didn't I'm just over the moon to be getting my little daughter this time due 8th November altho measuring a week behind so they've gave me 15th incase lol xoxoxo

His mum is 1 of 3 girls and out of them 3 girls 2 of them have 1 girl and boy and she has 2 boys lol my mum is 1 of 10 haha there's so many on my mummys side but she had 4 girls including me so I thought I'd end up with all boys and all the girls in both our family's are near 16 or over so this is the 1st little princess In over 14 years and she is being spoilt something shocking by everyone lol I love now that I've had 2 boys 1st shell be well protected by her brothers when she gets older xox

We're having our 2nd girl, came as a total shock because I thought it was a boy and tbh we wanted one of each, but now I'm totally thrilled with the idea! My husband is one of 4 boys so I thought I would have boys but I guess not. On the table for us for names was Delia, Maxine (my grandmothers) Trinity, Charlotte, Lilly, Allison, Kendall.. I think there was more but I cant remember them all. Congrats!

Hi ladies! Jamie I think I remember following your bump pics and sending you lots of pink dust! 💖🌸 so excited you are having your little pink bundle!! I had a private scan at 14 weeks (after we were told boy by the OB a day early - deep down I knew he was wrong, looked SO different to my sons ultrasound) and she says it's definitely a girl! She said it after a second of looking! She says they've never been wrong at 14 weeks but I won't actually fully believe it until we have the 20 week scan though! Or maybe until she is actually in my arms! My fav names are Chloe, Sophia and Annabella. Hope my DH agrees on one. With my son we had his name picked out for most of the pregnancy then a week before my due date he tells me he hates it?! I was hysterical! Hope that doesn't happen again! My mum is SO excited for a girl, it's been 4 boys and only 1 girl in our family and she's now 9!! I can't wait to start buying little pink onesies!!! 😍 sorry for they ramble, I'm a bit excited!

Aww thank u I'd a feeling deep down from day one this was a girl but think I was making myself believe it was a girl I didn't have much hope with my family being all girls nd his being all boys and me having 2 boys but I'm glad I have my little pink princess 💓 to look forward too my belly has been called strawberry aubree from the day we found out if u were to ask my 2 boys what u called their sister they'd tell u strawberry aubree 😂 it's so cute how they say it esp my 3 year old as u can imagine lol .. but I'm a natural red head my fiance is dark brown we have a brown and a blonde so I thought if I got a little auburn daughter shed suit aubree 🎀 can only imagine ppl would think they've all different dad's 😂😂 1 of Each ur names are lovely I had Sofia rose picked and jorja as well but after the kids continuing with strawberry I found it harder to change I'm sure I'll be able to get the sex confirmed at ur 20 week app I'm not back to hospital until 4th September for my 30wk lol seems ages away 8 weeks better fly in I've been so excited buying frilly knickers and bows and pink pink pink !!! Expecting our first girl after 2 boys Her name will be Sofia Ann. My mom, sis and I have been buying girly clothes. And I just ordered her bedding in a pink, grey, cream chevron pattern. My ds2 is still in the nursery (currently looking at bunk beds for him and ds1), so once he's in with his brother we can start on the nursery. My mom is going to make us a car seat cover and some flannel receiving blankets as well as a knitted blanket for her.

I am on team pink as well! Kaylee Autumn is due October 28th! We actually started shopping the day after we found out I was pregnant. We love thrift and consignment. We bought gender neutral things at first, and accepted a lot of hand me downs, but I was absolutely elated 5 weeks ago to find out that my dream of having a little princess is coming true. Since we found out the gender we've bought a few adorable onesies, with cupcakes and hearts and the likes, some dusty rose bedding, and registered for lots of purple and pink.

We have our second girl on the way. Since our daughter is just over a year old, we won't really need to buy much for the new baby. DH had actually suggested a name - Meredith. I picked the first name last time, so I'm going with it.

One bit of advice on naming - last time I dreamed that we had a girl named Eleanor and called her Nora, so that's what we did. If I could do it again, I'd probably just name her Nora. It gets a little annoying to have to tell people what we call her.

Team pink here too! Im so excited to be team pink. We are calling her Grace with May for a middle name, but we will refer to her as Gracie. We also had Robyn, Lucie and Fearne as contenders for her name but we fell in love with the nickname Gracie, but going with Grace for the birth certificate because it is oh's grans name who he never met, plus it will age better we think. May comes from my gran who died a few weeks before I met my oh, I was really close to her. Our name has a lot of meaning to both of us which is why we love it!
