i realllly want one but only thing putting me off is can i wash it?

sometimes theres nowhere to put the changing bag only on the floor , so i would have to wash it

do you think it would survive a quick rinse and spin in the washing machine  ?

anyone else have or getting one ?

I have a pink lining bag and the outside material is weatherproof if that makes sense so you would be able to rub off anything with a sponge :flower: not sure about putting it in the washing machine though

I have one, but im not sure about washing it, i didnt even think about it tbh, its too pretty :)

It looks pretty sturdy and well made (for the price i paid i hope it is) but id be interested to see if anyone has tried washing it :)

xx

mine arrived thursday i am utterly in love with it! They are weather proof as a previous poster mentioned, so wipe clean and also have metal studs and a hard base so they don't make contact with the floor.

also you could pop along to john lewis and check them out in the flesh. I did that and got very excited waiting for mine!

I have one and not sure bout washing in the machine but it is coated so you can wipe with a wet cloth...but if you get one be careful cuz some dont have the coating...you gotta read the description and go for one that says its laminated! They are beautiful though...love mine:)x

I bought my changing bag 2nd hand (the birds and bees design) and wanted to wash it so it smelled more familiar. It was fine on a gentle wash, I didn't spin it or anything just let it slosh round.

None of the felt applique cupcake on the pocket came off, even the little cherry stayed intact, and the colours didn't run, I don't know if the bag faded at all because it wasn't new to begin with but it didn't fade anymore if you know what I mean so I assume not. Saying that, it was a 2nd hand bag and I don't know if i'd have had the guts if I'd bought it full price either!!

But just thought I'd let you know I washed mine, on gentle wash, 30C, and it lived so as the others say, usually a wipe clean will do just fine but in the case of a poo or spillage emergency inside, one wash shouldn't hurt!
