Hi all, I literally just got my bfp today and it's super early (7dpo) so I know anything can happen.
My family is in the middle of treatment for pinworms, as I found one on/in my four-year-old. I wasn't pregnant for the first dose of meds (pyrantel pamoate), but now I am so it's not recommended I take it again.
Has anyone taken this while pregnant? Any issues? Did you get approval from a doctor or a pharmacist? I'M NOT OKAY WITH WORMS IN MY INTESTINES, even though they are harmless. I've been EXTREMELY stressed out and can't risk a second reinfection from eggs so I'd really like to take a second dose to ensure total eradication. I know a second dose isn't always necessary. I just need to do it for my sanity.
