Placenta encapsulation - who has done it? :)

I have now got mine scheduled, or at least planned out. i am sooo happy!!! My last post partum was horrendous, ridden with so many issues (migraines, sleep paralysis, vertigo) so I am excited for the benefits of the placenta.

For those who did it, were you satisfied?

I haven't, but I'm planning on it for the next baby (in the far and distant future!). Either that, or pop it in a casserole/lasagne!

I've done my own and I do it for other women as my job. I had PPD with ds1, and then I encapsulated for ds2 and had no PPD, baby blues, slept great, good energy, etc. The difference postpartum between the two was complete night and day.

For those who have done it, how did you do it? I would also like to do it but have no idea how/who to get to do it?!

I'm interested too. I wonder if anyone in the UK can recommend some one to do it.

Google placenta encapsulation in your area. Usually they are easy to find. The lady who is doing mine will come to my house after I have my homebirth, then drop it off a day or two later.

I have been googling too and found a bunch of people. I am hoping some one will recommend a person though.
