Placenta Smoothie & Encapsulation

Hello Ladies!

I have been planning to encapsulate my placenta with the help of my husband, and I recently came across the idea of having a smoothie or two before encapsulating the rest. Has anyone done both themselves? Do you have any tips/recommendations or a step by step for the smoothie? I have found lots of information about encapsulation but little on smoothies.

I haven't done it yet, but plan to. Here's what I think is usually the 'standard' smoothie recipe, which you can change up a bit if you prefer to add in different fruits.
