Please, anyone who has fallen pregnant after unexplained infertility???

I tried for 2 years. My OB told me to have sex on the 12th and 14th days into my cycle - most fertile then. I really had all but given up but after taking her advice...I'm pregnant!! They really do know what they are talking about.
