please check my chart...very confused :)

Hi,
As of yesterday FF had my o'day as cd11 and last month was also cd11. This morning I put in my temp and it moved this month's o'day to cd13. So confused why they did that?? Can you check my chart and give me your opinions? Thanks!!

Sorry, I don't know the answer... I would've guessed CD11 as your O date as well!

CD 13 seems right to me. Sometimes FF will adjust accordingly as you enter new temps.

Mine did that this morning too! I'm so ready to give up temping for the month!!! I love charting and reading my chart and all of that but geeeeeez!!

I had fertile CM on CDs13-17 (last month I ovulated on CD15) as well as a temp dip but I think because I was so sick at the beginning of my cycle, FF is confused about my coverline or something. So when it said I ovulated on CD21 I was like...oh, okay, sure. I officially woke up this morning at 5:30 (my usual temping time) and at that point my temp was 98.2. When I put in that temp, it changes my ovulation day to CD25! But for some reason this morning I woke up at 4:30 and temped and got 97.9. If I put that temp into the chart, it leaves my ovulation at CD21. I'm beginning to regret not using my OPKs this month for sure!!

With either CD21 or CD25 I don't think we BDd enough to get a bfp anyway but still, talk about messing with emotions! And now I'm really wondering when to expect AF....I should have been due around 5/13 but if I ovulated on CD21, I won't be due until 5/17 and if I didn't ovulate until CD25, it won't be here until even later!!!

cco - On your chart, I'd pinpoint ovulation on CD12 actually. I bet if you adjusted CD16's temp up even by .1 degrees, FF would change your ovulation date as well.

I think it's because you charted a positive opk and fertile cm after cd11. cd13 looks about right to me.. Just because you ovulated on cd11 doesn't mean you will every month, it varies

gardens: Wow that is confusing!! Are you taking your temps at the same time? It makes such a huge difference if you don't and it can be very hard to read when you actually ovulated. There's a lot of open circles.. that's probably why FF is confused. Good luck, hope you get it sorted out

morning taylor - I was REALLY ill for the first week of this cycle, my average temp before ovulation is actually well below 97 degrees. Last month it ranged from 96.1 to 96.9. And this month there are definitely more open circles than I'd like - for some reason I've been waking around 4:30am and taking my temp before falling back to sleep and taking it again when I actually get up for work at 5:15 so I don't know which temp I should put into the chart. I was going to give up temping mid-month because of how messed up my temps were while sick but decided to keep at it for the heck of it. Since I've been a lot more relaxed since that point, I'm not really too concerned about it but when it then changed my ovulation date this morning it really frustrated me!!

My plan is to continue temping through the end of this cycle and then take a cycle off from temping/charting.

gardens: Sorry to hear about that hun, whenmybaby.com has a bbt converter that I find to be pretty accurate. The fact that you were sick could have also affected your temps if you had a fever. I wish you the best of luck FX'ed for you!!

Yep, one morning my BBT thermometer gave me 100.5!! lol. Anywho, we're not really trying this month anyway - trying to wait until our wedding at this point so I'm fine with it either way.

thanks guys for helping out. i didn't realize the o day can vary since the last two cycles were cd11 i thought that every month was supposed to be the same. thanks for letting me know otherwise. i actually had an appt with my doc today and i showed her my charts. she thinks that maybe i o'd on cd12 but either way I don't think me and DH BD enough this cycle to get the BFP. He was sick so we only got to BD twice. Hopefully that did the trick but I am not feeling very hopeful.
