Please help - how do i get a signature?

I cant find anywhere on my profile to put a signature that will come up at the bottom of my posts.

Do i need to have made a certain number of posts before i can do this?

All I want is to have the 'September Stars' logo in my siggie!

Click on user CP (left hand, top of this page) and you'll find the option!

Cheers have had a look but I dont understand how to stick the picture in there, do i need to use any coding?

Also underneath the main bit where it says Signature Permissions mine has 'Can Upload Images for Signature: No'

Dont think me and technology work very well together!!
