Please Help! I don't know what is going on!

Hi All!!

So this month I got AF about 2 days late. It was a somewhat normal month for me. the bleeding was fairly heavy ( I have endometriosis) and it ended at a normal time also. The only real difference is that I really didnt have ANY cramps and i ALWAYS do because of the endo. After AF ended. I have been brown spotting ever since. And on CD 12 i actually was bleeding for about an hour. and now back to brown stuff. I am EXTREMELY nauseous, having blurry vision, only when i try and focus on things, and I am HORRIBLY tired, exhausted. Does ANYONE know what this could mean??

Sounds like your ovulation is off if you have "brown stuff" after a period. I would definitely see a dr about your blurry vision and mention you're nauseous. Also sounds like you're irregular. If you're on and off birth control it can really mess up your cycle. Also if you have a uterine fibroid(don't worry not a big deal) that's detected by ultrasound it too can cause a weird cycle. But I would definitely see your OB if I were you and mention what's going on with your brown spotting, blurry vision, and extreme nauseous. HTH

I am ALWAYS every 28 days. this is just a very weird cycle i's guessing too! The blurry vision is gone so thats good!! I have only taken 2 bc pills in my entire life so i dont think that has anything to do with it. I just hope the nausea goes away soon!! I am going to make an appt though! thanks!

Update...

Today is CD. Spotting has now changed to light brown CM. Some mild cramping. I am still nauseous and now having tiny little sharp pains in my back and on my sides. Blurry vison is fine and back to normal. A friend of mine who also has endo said that with her pregnancy, she had what she thought was a period, her first month. very heavy bleeding like a normal period. and her doc said it was all due to the endo. She said that she had been spotting for a while after that "period" and then missed her next.. but said that she was indeed pregnant already. does anyone know if that can happen??

This is just all so weird because normally after AF i get somewhat of a dry spell. and ever since this one it has been the OPPOSITE, not to mention the spotting!!
