Hi ladies,
I posted last night because I had lower back ache, really uncomfortable BH and period type cramps. Well I went to bed soon after and had the worst nights sleep ever :( I just couldn't get comfortable in any position, I had aches everywhere: in my back, lower bump, buttocks and inner thigh right up high, either side of my vagina.
This morning I feel like I've run a marathon :( Does anyone else feel like this? Is it just my body preparing for baby? Does anyone know what causes the inner thigh/buttock pain?
Thanks in advance ladies.

I'm sometimes achy all over and can't get to sleep. I have SPD and I feel similar to what you're describing, though not on my buttocks. My groin hurts like hell.

Sorry not much advice but didnt want to r+r, could be your body preparing for labour or could be the very start of something, try to be active if you can, have you tried a warm bath? :hugs:

Thanks for replying. Can you just suddenly develop SPD? I didn't feel those pains at all before last night! Phoned hospital and they said it could be early labour but they did ask if I have SPD. When I said it was the first time I'd had the pains they said probably early labour but I know they're only assessing me over the phone so not necessarily accurate!

I wouldn't have thought it would come on suddenly, so maybe its not. I'm no expert though. Sorry, I'm not much help!

I had that with my daughter; it's early labor. With her, I had it all night, tried to sleep but couldn't and was achey all over, went to work the next day, went home, and then things started happening. She was 7 days early.
