Please Please Help!!!

okay so normally i work 12 hours a week at £5.85 an hour so i thought i wouldn't qualify for SMP and said this to my boss however he has been giving me overtime and by the time i stop on the 31st of January i will have worked on average 17.5 hours a week (total pay so far has been £4298.965 for 42 weeks) this would now mean im eligible for SMP am i right??

Also i worked out i'd be entitled to 98 hours holiday from when i started to now (not sure if thats right tho??) anyone have any ideas??

Explains about stat mat eligibility. If you are averaging 17.5 hours then that is over £95 so you would qualify.
