I'm new to this site so I don't really know what to do here lol.

Okay, so...
I think I'm around 9dpo.
I'm expecting my next period this coming Saturday (March 23)
My husband and I have been TTC for 11 months to a year.
We were actively trying for about six months, but, it got to stressful for us.
So we stopped trying and started to just enjoy our life, if it happens it happens blah blah blah.
I kind of lost hope to be honest.
This cycle (that started Feb.26) has been different for me.
I know it sounds stupid to say, but I have a strange feeling that I might be pregnant...

The first this I noticed was heartburn and indigestion (around 6dpo)
Then I had some backache (i still do, but, I didn't think anything of it at first)
Then I noticed some light pink spotting one night.
(Only for a few wipes and it was gone. During this year of TTC, I have never had spotting between cycles)
Since then I've had some hot flashes with nausea, mild lower abdominal cramping in the middle of my pelvic bone area, gassiness, bloated, tiredness, thirst, hunger and fullness, light cramps more discharge than normal and its watery and wet, and twinges on both sides of pelvic area.
(I've never had twinges)
Before I stopped charting my BBT was 96ish on average
I was curious because I feel hot, and took my temp and it was in the 98 range?
Also, I used to check my cervix, it was always hard and bumpy and open by now.
(Like the end of my nose, with a dimple)
But my cervix has been a fingers length away, squishy, soft and wet and I can't feel a dimple, just feels like a soft lump?
This close to my cycle?
I totally stopped trying to TTC and now I don't know what to think
I don't want to get my hopes up, but I'm also worried there might be something wrong with me.
Has anyone ever had anything like this with BFP or something else?
I'm very interested in hearing your stories.
