Hi everyone. Im the crappist at maths and this has been stresssing me out..

I have been on mat leave due to return say around december.
I go on another matleave i will go of on march 03rd 2013 ( baby 2 is due april 3rd)

I have alot of holidays to use up before march my matleave as I acrue new leave on my birthday.

So what I need to do is:

Work out new shift patterns.
then work out new shift patterns to use up all my holidays as i will acrue a new lot by the time i return. please can you help me work out some shift ideas because ive been awake all night worrieing and finding it hard to figure it out.

Info :
I work 37 hours. Including a saturday no sundays. so please help me work out my shift. the only thing to include is i would like to start after 9 so i can drop my daughter of and finish 4 or 5 latest for pickup. I have a half hour lunch.

shifts WITH holiday included.
holiday entitlement is 67:30 hours of toil for the bank holidays missed and 176:11 holiday so in total i have 234.41.
I would like to have saturday off with my holiday and maybe work half days? but i couldnt work it out whith how much holiday i used up.

i gues it should start from december - march

if anyone could help me or give me any idea then i would really apreciate it

thank you xx

What I would do to play with shift patterns, especially since its in hours not days, would to create an excel s/s to try out different combinations to see what works.

For example I ramped up my days off per week as I came towards maternity leave so that last week for example I was only in 2 days, and earlier I have one days and Fridays off to create a nice short week.
