Personally, I would predict girl by the nub theory, yes...not that I have all this experience doing this. The angle and fork at the end (even though both sexes can show it) just says girl to me.

I'm guessing by nub theory. The spine isn't exactly straight, its curved and if you were to take a pencil and draw 2 lines, 1 being the nub and the other being the spine you will see that the nub is raised at a slight angle and not flat, that's my opinion
