Plus size pregnancy

Hi, I am 19 weeks pregnant and was overweight before - I want to know when I qwill start to look pregnant & not just like I've eaten too many pies?! Can anyone help?

awww hun I know how your feeling im overweight too. It can be hard. But at least we got an excuse to eat the pies now hahahahaaa

Last pregnany I was the same size and by 20 weeks I could still get away with not telling people! but this time I had a definite bump a few weeks ago - its all dependent on many factors - your bump will come.

I didn't really look pregnant at 19 weeks, Im size 16 normally. I suddenly look pregnant this week and I've had a stranger comment for the FIRST TIME! but that took 25 weeks and I'm sure a lot of people just assume I'm fat. I should start waddling

It all depends, you could have two women the same hight and the same clothes size and one will have a bigger bump than the other.

Am due 3rd March and my DH can see the bump but moone else can (including me) and lots of bloating

Hi there! The thread Jo-jo Mummy mentioned is called "any big momma's out there?" I started it when I first got my bfp because I'm a really big girl and wanted to swap stories and experiences with other larger mums-to-be.

I was a size24/26 trousers when I first got pregnant but have lost quite a bit of weight although I still have a big tummy. I'm 22wks and started showing noticeabley about a week or so ago.

I'm a uk size 16/18 and i started to properly show around 15 weeks i'd say, i have pics every week from 4 week and at the 15 week mark it became obvious it was baby not too many cakes lol.

Here's my bump as of yesterday. No one in public has mentioned I look pregnant at all, and I still get asked if I am buying for myself or a friend when I get baby gear

I personally have felt the baby move, but its not uncommon for us larger ladies to not feel any movement for a lil bit longer yet. We have so much padding down there. I tend to only feel movement on one side, but this could be bacuase of my weight. I would say not to worry as your still early yet

I know what you mean.. I lost 7 stone and at first it just looked and felt like all I did was gain the weight back..but by the time I was about 18 weeks I started looking a little pregant but now that Im almost 24 weeks its very obvious.

I agree ..it will come!!

i was a 14/16 us size with my first. i did not actully look pregnant with her till i was six months. with this one my oh is saying i am starting to show now however i do not see it. good luck it will show in time

I'm a 24/26 and all I have is a bump above my belly button, just looks like fat not baby bump at all, I'm 22 weeks, I wish I looked pregnant insetad of fat
