PM results/Death certificate.

Hey gurly's i was just thinking to myself when we go for our report at the hospital of our Angel's PM results do we get a copy of them??

Also if there is a valid reason why,Can we change the Death certificate and put the results on?

hi hun didnt want to r&r im not sure about changing the death certificate but you should definitely get a copy of them if you want its your right to have it!! how much of it you understand is another thing they do tend to be quite technical! hope you get some answers xxxxxx
