poll won't work

Hello!

I'm trying to post a poll with my new thread and I see where to do it, but it just gives me the option for how many, it doesn't let me put in my options... what am I doing wrong??

I *think* if you put in how many options you want and then click post reply it will give you the option to put in further details then

Ok I'll try that, I'm just worried that it will post without my poll and I'll feel like a dum-dum .
