pondering a private scan in the uk? need advice!

Has anyone had or planning to have a private scan? I would like one if it doesnt cost the earth.

I have no idea how to go about this or how much it might cost? Can anyone advise?

I am in hampshire uk.

Hi hun, i posted something very similar i couldn't decide if i should get one or not, i'm gonna hold out and see how i feel in a few weeks time.

I have looked at babybond and it costs £99 for an early scan between 7-11 weeks hey have a website www.babybond.com you can have a look and see if there's a clinic near you

Hi, i went to fetal medicine, who were excellent, so have a look to see if there is one near you! i paid £80 for a private scan, but was defo worth the money, seeing as the NHS here didnt scan me till 15 weeks x

In Yorkshire, normal ultrasound (not 3/4D) cost £50.

I've just booked a scan privately for this Saturday too! in Sevenoaks. It will cost £80. I just feel so 'normal' at 6 weeks - apart from slightly sore boobs and feel more tired than normal and i'm getting really worried because of that. I hope it will be ok....
