Poo stain on Wool...eek

What do I dooooooo?
He pooped this morning in his night nappy and I hadnt realised so he was playing on the bed for ages and his nappy leaked (hes still a bit small for them so we have a little leg gape which is fine for pee but not poop!) and I think the poo was sat on the wool for a little while before I changed him, saw it and rinsed it straight away.
Ive now washed it...twice! but the inside is stained
What can I do?

Try dabbing it with vinegar or shaving foam?

I've heard olive oil bar soap is supposed to be good for cleaning the poo off wool but I'm not too sure about its stain-lifting power - might be worth a try though Good luck!
