Poop & Constipation Cramps

Has anyone else been having cramps from poop and constipation? Sometimes I'll get a strong urge/cramp, but nothing comes out. Or, when I am going, I'll feel strong cramps during the process. I'm worried it may cause hard to baby with the strong cramping.

Chances are you are feeling intestinal cramps not uterine cramps if you are constipated. Increase your fluids (water.. Prune juice) and fiber... That should help.
