hi, just got a pos ov test at only 11 days after period started..is this normal, im usually very regular..

Ovulation can change, its the lp (luteal phase) that shouldt change too much. So, if you had cycle lenght of 28 days and usually ov on cd14, your lp will be 14 days. In this same scenario, should you ov early one month say cd12, your cycle would be 26 days.

You dont say when your ov normally occurs. If this is a one off, i wouldnt worry too much. As i said, ov can change now and the without worry.
