Hi hun,

Found this on one website;

"LOA = Left occiput anterior i.e. the back of baby’s head is to the rear left side of your abdomen, which makes delivery easier"

And this on another one "LOA - the back of your baby's head is on your left-hand side and towards the front of your tummy"

Not sure if that makes sense??! Maybe give your midwife a call & get her to explain. xx
