Positive again?? After a unsuccessful Ov last week :(

Hi ladies i wanted to see if this is a + opk?? I had a + last week but it wasnt successful in releasing an egg I carried on testing and they went negative!!

I tested this morning cos i had another dip in my BBT chart and it looks like + again

Cos i had my bloods taken and my progesterone was 4 and the dr said even though i was having +opks i hadnt actually Ov
