Positive CB OPK

Breastfeeding my 23 month old about 3x a day and once in the night. No AF yet. Felt some "o" pains yesterday. Decided to test with a ClearBlue Advance Ovulation test this morning with FMU and a smiley face. What are the chances this is real O? DH and I are wanting another baby, so we plan to DTD and hope! Are false positives common?

Okay another update. Took a test with SMU and I didn't see anything, but my husband saw a line, and now I see it too. I bought some better tests on Amazon so will test in a day or two with those.
