Positive HPT 5 weeks after MMC?

Hello ladies,

So quick run down. I had a scan when I was a little over 9 weeks only to find out that our baby had stopped growing at 5-6 weeks. I became very ill the longer my pregnancy progressed due to the tissue inside me. I opted to the medical management and took the steps to remove our baby.

I bled for 7 days, heavy. Passed clots and tissue. I had a scan two weeks ago today, where they said there is no remaining tissue.

I tested this evening and I have a faint HPT on a morrisons test. I will test again tomorrow, but I'm unsure as to whether it's left over HCG or whether we can celebrate and hope again?
