positive opk @ 8dpo...HELP!!!

Thanks !!! Ds is two :) I've been at home with him since I was 20 weeks preggo with him darn bedrest lol !! If i do start back work I'm gonna make lesson plans of things I want my mom to teach him in addition to everything else they already do (he is super smart but I don't wanna toot my own horn *toot toot *) he only thing unlike the other kids his age , he doesn't sing songs, but he can count to 20 (missing a few of the teens). knows all of his shapes colors and learnig some of his letters , his flash cards are all memorized k-kite he know the pic is a kite) and all kinds of other things like the difference between a crecent moon and a full moon lol. Im bragging I know ;) I'm proud of him but j think that he needs more interaction with other kids

Aww hey I think almost all mommies brag on their babies!!

If you're looking for something to help him with his letters, I highly recommend the DVD by LeapFrog "The Letter Factory". After just a couple times watching it, DS knew all his letters and what sound they make and he was only 22 months. My niece caught onto it really quickly too. DS and my niece are both really bright, but it sounds like your DS is smart too, so I bet he'd know his letters in no time!

Thanks !!!! I got him the many signing time and potty time dvd and he loves them and signs almost everything too lol so I'm sure he would love that. For being as smart as I think he IS , is ot bad that he doesn't sing songs like he dances to them.but doesn't sign them :/ maybe I should sing more lol but so many dogs would be howling at the moon

bragging about our babies is what us mommies do best i love signing time that is one of the only shows alice sits and watches ana like it to it helps her to do her signs better i love watching her do the signs and she picks up more and more everyday

I'm having ewcm today odd !! :/ lol I start my new job Monday :) as a photographer at a studio here in jacksonville :)

PS... TCOYF has my CL set at 97.7. I know some of my temps have gotten that high but I still think that's a little high for a CL for me... but I think maybe FF's CL is too low. What do you think?

TCOYF sets it and moves it about...ugh. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. Good if it starts setting it lower and bad if it moves it higher. It's a toss up really. The thing that makes TCOYF a sweetheart is that it sets the CL before ovulation so then you some sort of subliminal message to start dancing like mad! We all know FF tells you to start dancing like mad after ovulation has happened it a lose lose situation with FF.

Congrats momma...

L.E. I am here. Been out looking for a job. The rain has been crazy today so I didn't get to do much. I am up a little late just for second. Waiting for a load of laundry to dry. I can't sleep with the dryer running... I get nervous about burning the house down. Seems a little fanatical but you never know when you will have an electrical problem or a lint trap problem. I even vaccum the lint trap out with the handle part...lol lol lol I am so bad with the OCD. Believe it or not I bleach and Fabuloso my washer and dryer, to get any dust or marks off...

Anyone know if MsSwizz made it back yet? I know she said Tuesday or Wednesday...

Just found out tonight that one of my closest friends is pregnant also. She lost her newborn to SIDS. That baby was her first. She miscarried the second baby at 4 months along. So I am gong to have to give her a call and make sure she is taking care of herself. She moved to Oklahoma :( I miss her soooo bad. She is like a little sister to me. (Although I have a little sister, who is more like my daughter) My little sister is 12  and she was not planned.. my poor mom and dad have gray hair and they look like her grandparents. People ask me if she is my daughter...;rofl: Too funny, now i am going stand at the dryer and giggle...Alone...and out loud. L.E. I think thats one of those "moments".

Anyhow I will log on later this morning... :) hehehe

fngers- you sound like my father (step) he is OCD super bad and he isthe same way about his washer and dryer for the longest time I was not allowed to touch it because I didnt wash my clothes "the right way"! but I love him for it, he has made me particular about dish washers, bathrooms, sheets, washing clothes etc Although I am still a clutter bug that will never change I have clothes in my closet from high school ( that still fit but way out of style and need to be thrown out but I cannot seem to part with them)

I'm praying for you friend and her baby !!! And u have a 12 year old sister my girl friend does too !!! That's crazy

Fngrs, I won't go to sleep with the dryer on either. I'll stay up and wait or turn it off and finish drying them the next day. I never have cleaned the lint trap with the vacuum, but I keep telling myself I need to and I want to before the move. The only thing I'm a little OCD about is locking doors and making sure they're locked before bed. Other than that, I'd pretty laid back... a little bit of a planner/power freak hehe but nothing too serious.

Aww I hope your friend's baby is a sticky one.

:saywhat: I can't believe you have a 12-yr-old sister! Are there kids in between you? Wow.

Well for me, my temp did a nose-dive today. I can't believe FF is still insisting that I O'd 38 days ago. :dohh: I was thinking... "woohooo! Maybe I'm going to O", but my cm and cp say otherwise. I'm going to go out and get a few opks though, just to see what the lines look like.

Well my hpt is negative of course. My opk looks pretty good. Negative, but looks like it's getting close. With moving and DH being sick and having an abcessed tooth, we haven't BD in a while, so that needs to pick back up. :winkwink: Now that the opk is dry, it looks much less impressive, but I guess that doesn't count as much. I know when it is truly positive, the lines will still be equal or better when dry. Both pics on here are at about the 10 min mark.

Sorry I couldn't log on yesterday at all. I kept trying but BnB wouldn't let me on. I cleared out all of the cookies on my computer and erased web info.. :dohh: only me. But I worked with it today and I am back online!! :happydance:

About my sister....This is the order we are in My brother (35) Me (34) my little brother (30) and then there is the little sister (12). She is 18 years and 11 months younger than my little brother and 22 years younger than I am... She was one of those "night alone without the older kids to disturb us babies"! The night my mom conceived we were out dancing all 3 of us were not around to stop the flow of things. And thank God we weren't because we have the best little sister ever!!!And from what my mother has told me she was a one try baby!!! lol lol lol My mom was so flipping out when she found out she was pregnant. She was in shock and nervous...lol lol lol Her and my dad both were drinking some sort of tea. She was drinking green tea daily and he was drinking some sort of tea brewed from roots (for muscle spasm and back pain). Little did they know it increases sperm count and fertility!!!

I am pretty excited about your opk and I agree that it looks good. And with the temp dip...well I hope that you are getting close. Maybe within the next day or two!!! :happydance:

Thanks. I hope so. I just checked my cm and cp a little bit ago and TMI: I couldn't reach my cervix (but my back is a little sore from the packing so maybe that's why) and there was tons and tons of wet/slippery cm... still a little bit of the creamy mixed in but I think it's just leftover. Too bad I hadn't been consistently using opks but I'm glad I haven't. They stress me out. So I might see if my mom will keep DS for the night. DH and I are long overdue for some togetherness even without possibly being fertile.

I know what you mean about the stress of opk's.. I was in Wondfo heaven last cycle. I did more peeing than anything. It's a shame it was all for nothing though. I had a couple left over, I will admit that I pee'd on them too. Just to get rid of them. :) So I have no hpt's or opk's and that's a wonderful feeling. Ready to get back out in the workforce and rid my mind of the losses. DH says it's whatever I want to do.

We hadn't did any togetherness in a while either. When we did it was a much needed experience also. So I get you on that too. I am sure you mom will keep DS for you though. And I hope you guys' dancing gets a bfp going L.E. Momma and Stacey have theirs so it's time for you to get yours too. I am not expecting anything to happen for me at this point just because I have other things to do.

I am wondering when MsSwizz is coming back though. Her DH should be graduating in about a week or so.
