positive opk @ 8dpo...HELP!!!

Well I just got back from the Dollar Store and got a few OPKs... took one and it is super-light, so that bummed me out a little. But I really feel like my body is at least doing things in the right order cm wise. You can't tell from the chart, but my cm, though creamy has been different versions of it going from less fertile to almost fertile, to watery tonight. I figured I wasn't ready for O yet anyway since I've been pretty grouchy and don't really have an increased drive right now. So hopefully it keeps progressing and turns super-fertile in the next few days and then O. That would be fabulous!

Ahhhh stupid tests...I keep seeing a stupid shadow, and if I ovulated later ( ap art from just flat out not being pregnant) then that could be why it's a shadow and not an actual line. Of course the strong possibility that I am out is there. Frer is not being a good friend this cycle.

I know what you mean L.E. about that circle...it's annoying. I wonder if it causes that indent during individual packaging..

I don't know what's going on this cycle. I thought the other ones were bad in their weirdness, but this one by far is the worst! It make me kinda' wonder if I should have even did vaginl temps this cycle! I am going to keep temping vaginally though. Just to get the hang of it. And I am not sure about that bfp being checked off of my to do list.

L.E. those are a lot of clothes. You are not wrong for being a little down about getting rid of them. Or even if the seeing a pregnant lady ends up being bothersome...You are still within your rights to feel however you want to feel. I still have all of Masyn's things. I think about getting rid of it, but my heart breaks, so I can't let them go. I keep thinking these things are for my baby, they are brand new, never used...How do I just let someone else get the luxury of having things that are (not were...I know crazy) for my child?

Momma- sorry about your negative test this morning...isn't this just crappy? And those 3 lines?!?! What an evil thing for a hpt to do!!! Someone has to get a + this cycle. I hope we all didn't miss the egg. Dang it that would so suck. I have seen the most ridiculous charts that ended up in bfp's!! How come that can't be us?!? I mean one BD session type of ridiculous!!! I even saw a protected sex chart that was pregnant in the end!!! I will post it. The sight of it made me look up at the ceiling and ask God, REALLY?!


Stacey- You make me proud girl!! Holding off on testing like that?!?! I wish I had your will power! Heck if I keep getting negatives this cycle, I will be able to wait until AF is missing 2 months to test. You know i read a post that a lady posted saying that, "back in her day" Dr.'s didn't want to see you until your period was missing for 2-3 months, she also was a little upset because "you microwave generation" want to know early, like this is some instant thing. I was a little appalled at that comment, because you don't go onto someone thread read their post and get upset about an hpt question they have....WOW. And not to mention call the younger generation the "microwave generation" like that is a bad thing?! I think she was mainly upset because they didn't have microwaves back then... And if they didn't have those back then, then why was she on a TTC thread??? What is she?? like well over 55 right?

MsSwizz- Time is creeping in...the days are going by quick...well seems like it. I think they are going by fast becaus you are leaving us and slow because we are waiting for a preggers notification!!!!

Fngrs, There's no way I would be able to give up Masyn's clothes either if I were you, so that's definitely understandable. My DS got to wear the clothes we had for him, so I really can't complain there. I hope you get to put Masyn's clothes to use soon.

if you only knew how bad i want to test but i feel like im out im having all my af signs so i dont know if i want to test tomorrow morning or wait till she is late if she is coming her dog spotty should be here sunday night to play really "microwave generation" she has to be older then 55 my mom is 54 and i know when she was pregnant with me she said it felt like forever because she found out so early and i must say with alice Iam one of the woman who only dtd once that month and got a bfp we were so down and out and just getting over a fight feeling shitty about it being cycle 20 that we only dtd once 2 days before O

I was beginning to think that maybe Dh and I shouldn't dance at all, maybe we should just look at each other while sitting in bed and see what happens!!! maybe I will get pregnant!!! From the looks of the chart I saw (with all of the protected BD) you really don't need to do very much more. Maybe TTA will get a girl pregnant. I would wait to test...Unless you see your temp doing some thing amazing.

I told DH if I was a floozie and was cheating on him I'd get pregnant in no time. he had to agree with that. I have personally seen family members in that situation!! So I told him next time we meet at a hotel and pretend we are having an affair and see if we can't trick my ovaries into thinking I am having an torrid affair with another man! DH and I were crying laughing. But I think we may just do that.

By now you ladies think I am completely mad...I must admit that I have never owned a "rocker" to go, fall, or leap off of. Something happened to me in-utero...must have been a huge blow to the head somewhere within those 9 months i must admit to being PRETTTTTTY eccentric...

Oh yea BFN this morning...wooohooo!!! I guess. My temps have gone back calm too. Guess it's the silence before the storm! Waiting for my nose dive temp, it should be here soon. I should hold a huge "Welcome evil AF" sign up as I wait for her in the airport! I can hardly believe that she loves me enough to visit me for my birthday...What a faithful friend she is!!! And just in time enough to ruin the fact that I was going to wear a cute after 5 dress to dinner with DH. Oh thank you Af, thank you so much. You have saved me from having to get dressed for my own birthday!!!

Fngrs, Hey a night of pretend with DH couldn't be bad at all! Though we've already witnessed that my uterus can read, so your ovaries can probably read too and I don't know if you can trick them then!! LOL

For me.... Another grumpy day. The last 3 days have felt like PMS days for sure (and I don't get PMS). Going to clean a bit more but I can't make myself do it very long without a break, so this is going to take forever and it has to be done in less than 24 hrs.

My opk was still super-light and cm was mostly creamy tonight. Last night must have been a fluke with the watery-cm. Cvx still isn't high or very soft yet, so I'm not there yet. Now if your magical *BAM* works for me, Momma, I'll be ever so grateful!!

It's been slow-going for me on the house. I tore it up extra and let things go a little more than usual while washing all those clothes, so I'm really hoping my house is at least decent for the 2 showings I have tomorrow. I did get the kitchen 90% done (including putting down a couple replacement "sticky" tiles), I got the baby clothes bagged up (no one bought them yet), Cleaned the living room, helped DS with his room, dusted/cleaned and cleared/organized the laundry room, dusted the hallway, swept and swiffered the living room and front entrance, vacuumed DS' room and the utility room and hallway, and did some laundry that still needs put away. Hopefully I'll get the dining room and office area mostly done tonight and can do our room and the bathroom tomorrow and put laundry away before the 3 pm showing. Ok break's over. Back to work for a little bit!!
