positive opk or not?

i cant tell if this is positive or not..i know they say its either the same shade or darker to be a positive..but im having trouble deciding what i think lol..any opinions?

I had one this morning at 9 am that looked identical to that,and i assumed it was + so i took a CB digital and it said O with no smiley face so I JUST took another one at 2pm (held my pee till then) and they both are + and got a smiley face!
So to me that would be a + if not pretty darn close to it! ... Test again in about 4 hrs and it'll get darker! GOOD LUCK HUN!
