Positive OPK then cramps 6 days after??

I got a positive opk last Sat (18th) this was on CD15 which is early for me. But then started getting cramps on Friday 24th. They only lasted a day but worried I ov'd later and missed it!! We on 18th/19th & 20th. Has this happened to anyone else? I OFFICIALLY HATE THE TWW

Oh please someone!!! Just confused about pains and wondered if possible to ov 6 days after positive opk? Didn't think it was but they really felt like ov pains!
