Positive OPK while on Norethisterone/Provera?

I'm on 100mg Clomid, and had a scan at CD14, and was told there were no sign of ov, so decided to cancel this cycle and take Norethisterone (similar to Provera) to bring on AF.

I've started taking Norethisterone from CD14, 3 tabs a day (2 tabs on CD14).

Today at CD16, I got ewcm, so done IC OPK and got strong positive.
Could I be ovulating or is it a side effect from Norethisterone?
