Positive OPKs 8-10 DPO

I'm currently 10 dpo. So this month, I got a positive OPK on cd12. On cd13 I had (tmi) an abundance of EWCM, which I only get during ovulation.
I've had some cramping on and off, and on a whim and curiosity, I took an opk 8 dpo, and got a super dark positive. I took an hpt with the same sample, and it was a bfn. Curiosity got me again yesterday and today, and I got positives, still. What could it mean? I'm scared to test again. AF due on the 12th.

Hey! You can get an LH surge during other times of the month, I know I do later on In my cycle after OV as I tried this quite a few months back. OPKs should not be used to try to detect preganancy. Step away from the OPKs and take a HPT when you are due to test. Good luck!
