Ive never gotten OPKs to work for me, so just not sure

That's a very close positive, but if your OPK's do not get any darker than that, I'd take that as a positive. Confusing, I know! LH is supposed to surge at its highest in the afternoon around 2-3pm, so I'd test again later today or tonight even (I would often get + in the evening). Good luck!
