Is this a positive opk? If yes, when should I bd?

Not quite positive yet but very close. Test again in a few hours and again to monitor it. I reckon you're either catching the start of your surge or the tail end. Either way it looks like you're about to ovulate at some point soon.
When you get the positive you normally ovulate 12-24hours later. Bd would be good today, tomorrow and probably the following day

Thank you! I took another this morning...it looks lighter to me, does this mean I've missed it?

Not sure, it does look a bit lighter. Keep testing until you're sure.
