I've already posted ths on ttc but not sure that was the right place. I'm hoping some of you can give me your thoughts on this one as I'm confused.

We've been ttc #3 for 10 months, you can set your watch by my cycle as AF arrives at the same time every 28 days without fail................until this month when it was due Friday. I was going to test Wednesday as it was the first day I could get out to buy a test but Tuesday lunchtime :witch: appeared.

Tuesday night I hardly slept due to major cramps, loads & loads of bright red blood & clots. I went to the Drs Wednesday and he said it may have been an early miscarrige or it could just be a heavy period. I was told to do a urine test Thursday morning and it would be sent off for testing, the test has come back :bfn:

If I started to mc Tuesday wouldn't the Thursday urine test be -ve anyway?

My main concerns are that I'm Rhesus -ve so should I have had an Anti-D or is it so early it wouldn't cause a problem. Also if it wasn't a mc then what's wrong with me as it certainly wasn't a normal period I'm just confused now.

Thanks for reading & sorry if there was tmi.

Sorry to hear of all your uncertainty and of your possible loss :hugs:

I am RH- as well and if your Dr. suspects you to have had a miscarriage then you should get a rhogam shot. Not sure about the too early part? I think anytime your pregnant and have a MC they would want to give you a shot. I had to have one and I was 6 weeks along and I had one last Nov @ 19+5 weeks along.

Not sure if I helped but I hope you can find some answers and best of luck getting your :baby:

Hi hun

Im sorry to hear that you may have suffered a MC. I wouldnt worry too much about being Rhesus - I am too and after my MC at 7+6wks I didnt get the jab, and Im perfectly fine.

Thanks for your replies.

The Dr said if the test came back +ve he'd send me to have the jab otherwise he wouldn't bother! I feel a bit better now Sambatiki as I've been worrying about not having the jab just in case it was a mc.

It's strange not knowing either way, now I'm worried if it wasn't then something may be wrong as it really wasn't a normal af or if it was a mc then what was wrong just so confused & more upset not knowing if that makes any sense
