Possibly pregnant?

This is my third month ttc. I started charting my bbt this time around to get a better idea of my cycles. I seem to have issues with opk's since I have pcos. My cycles average around 31 days long. I'm currently on cd 39 which is the longest cycle I've had since I've been a teenager. I feel like my temps indicated that I ovulated and they are still high at 22 dpo. I tested the day AF was due and it was negative. I'm waiting until Saturday to test again. I'm also going to see my doctor on Monday assuming AF hasn't shown up. I was just wondering if there is any chance that I might be pregnant with the negative test? Has anyone had a delayed BFP? I'm struggling with staying optimistic. I hope my pcos isn't deciding to act up now that we're ttc.

I've read about women who didn't get a BFP until almost a week after their AF didn't show up. Hang in there, you're still in this!!
