Mine is now just a little buldge. I know it won't go away totally, my best friend had a c-section 6 years ago and she still has a little buldge as well. But it does get better.

edit: I do pilates at home with my husband hahaha. It's Winsor pilates dvd, they're wonderful!

Oh man, you look great!

I'm on about 500 calories (sometimes less) a day. I guess starvation helps, cuz Im losing weight at a rate of 3-4 lbs every 10 days...Its hard for me to go to a gym (closest one is about 25 miles away), so Im researching different brands of elliptical trainers to buy. I would normally run outside, but being outside in Florida in July is grueling. I used to run last year and I almost fainted from the heat.

So Im looking into Pilates as well..

I started Weight Watchers girls, so I am hoping to lose even more in the coming month.
I met a girl who lost 65lbs on them and is still losing daily. And I also bike every day.

I found that I don't lose anything by not eating because your body goes into starvation mode and whenever you do eat, it is all gained.
So, I hope it works.

I lost 2 lbs already since 2 days ago.

And Jess, now you will def be my girlfriend!! MEOW

Aw hun! Like you say, it is only one month since you had your baby! With a c-section I should imagine it takes a little longer as well, because your muscles need to heal and knitt back together before they can be toned up again?

I did not snap back into shape - it did take a little while, but I got there, and you will, too. We all take different speeds to get back into shape; it varies from person to person, but it will happen! Be patient with your body, and just enjoy being a mummy in the meantime

My LO is due in October so I think I'll give myself until after Christmas not thinking about my weight / figure and then New Year's Resolution 2009 is... diet / exercise time!!
