I've been using my CBFM as usual and I'm sure I'm due to ov around now but my CBFM has given me high today (not peak) but I just did an OPK and it's positive so am I ov'ing or not? The only thing I can think is that the past 2 nights, I've had to get up in the night to go to the loo at about 3/4am and then I've used my CBFM when I've gone to the loo at 8am so could it be it's not picking up my ovulation because my pee isn't concentrated enough?
