Potty Shot? 19+2 weeks

Hi there - this is a pic from my anatomy scan at 19+2 weeks - is this a potty shot and is that what I think it is between the legs? It looks very "boy" to me but also looks too big to be boy bits? What's everyone's thoughts? I'm dying to know haha

Taking a closer look I think that may be the cord! I could be very wrong but I think
